We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a physical therapist across various settings, including campus locations, home health, and outpatient care. The position requires travel within a designated territory, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions as directed by the physical therapist.
• Travel to various locations, including overnight stays.
• Evaluate patient responses and document progress.
• Collaborate with the physical therapist to develop educational methods for patients and families.
• Assist in team training and contribute to cost-effective care.
• Report resident complaints, grievances, and incidents of abuse promptly.
• Maintain professional competencies and participate in survey preparations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in relevant field.
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical activities.
