Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Frederick, Maryland, offering 40 hours per week. The role requires 6 months of PT experience and BLS certification, with state licensing.

You will supervise support staff, document per guidelines, collaborate with medical center teams, and ensure a plan of care is implemented. Travel experience preferred; a strong clinical foundation and adaptability are key.

Qualifications

• 6 months of PT experience required; new grads encouraged.
• BLS certification and state license required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff
• Bill within the setting per facility guidelines
• Interface with Medical Center personnel for care plan
• Develop and modify plan of care as patient needs
• Use hospital computer systems for daily tasks
• Provide timely documentation per state/insurance guidelines
