Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develop a plan of care and collaborate with all disciplines to meet goals.
