Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Tillamook, OR. The PT will evaluate patients and provide and document therapy services according to the plan of care and physician orders when applicable.

Requirements include a current PT license, CPR if applicable, and compliance with professional standards; travel benefits feature weekly pay and comprehensive coverage. This is a 40-hour/week travel position in healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Perform patient evaluations as part of therapy planning.
• Provide and document therapy services per plan of care and physician orders.
