Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Reedsport, Oregon. You will perform patient evaluations and deliver therapy services according to the plan of care and physician orders.

This role offers a weekly pay rate of $2907 for a 40-hour work week, benefits, and the chance to work across diverse healthcare facilities while meeting state licensure and safety requirements.

Competenze

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician's orders when applicable.
