Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across settings to improve mobility and quality of life. You will develop personalized, evidence‑based plans, use manual therapy and exercise, and operate equipment safely while coordinating with the care team.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, creating rehab programs, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers, and supporting discharge planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
• Proficient in English, with solid documentation abilities.
• Physical ability to move and lift 50–100 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Collaborates effectively with diverse healthcare teams.
• Ability to handle high‑pressure settings with attention to detail.
• Good visual acuity and clear conveyance of information.
