Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in SNF settings. You will deliver high-quality rehabilitation services across eight-hour shifts, with a 40-hour work week and no float.

Applicants must hold a PT license (Bachelors/Masters/DPT) from an APTA-approved program and maintain active licensure. BLS may be required, and new graduates are not eligible.

Qualifications

• PT degree (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral) from an APTA-approved program.
• Active and unrestricted State Physical Therapy license.
• BLS may be required; not recent grads eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat SNF patients to support rehabilitation.
