Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist

Assess and treat patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, helping improve their mobility and quality of life. Provide therapy services in a SNF setting, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by the APTA. Active State License required. BLS certification may be necessary. Strong communication, clinical, and patient care skills are essential.
