Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate, develop, and implement patient care plans in an acute care setting.

You will oversee PTAs and support staff, bill and document per guidelines, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care. You will assess and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and utilize adaptive equipment while complying with state PT rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged)
• Current state-specific license and BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
