Job summary

Alpha Home Health & Hospice seeks a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement patient care plans in an acute care setting. You will supervise PTAs, document care accurately, and work with the care team to ensure a cohesive plan of care.

The role requires state licensure, BLS certification, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods, with experience in anatomy and medical terminology. Compliance with PT board rules applies.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience minimum; new grads welcome.
• Valid state license and BLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lean for extended periods.
