Job summary

Black Women\u2019s Mental Health Institute is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to perform patient evaluation, develop and execute individualized care plans in an acute care setting.

You will supervise PTAs and support staff, handle billing within facility guidelines, ensure compliance with state PT board regulations, collaborate with medical personnel to create team-focused care plans, evaluate patient needs, modify plans as necessary, use medical computer systems, and document accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months PT experience; new grads encouraged.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist and BLS certification.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; solid anatomy knowledge.
