Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist for a travel assignment focused on patient rehabilitation services. You will assess referred patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver skilled therapy interventions and document patient progress.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to set care goals and ensure therapy services align with physician directives while considering patient capacity and tolerance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
• Graduation from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of experience; CPR certification; active state licensure or active application.

Responsibilities
