Role:

A travel Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for providing rehabilitation services, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, plan and deliver skilled physical therapy interventions according to physician orders, collaborate with healthcare teams, document patient progress, and set achievable goals tailored to each patient’s capacity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must hold a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification, possess a current state license or be in the application process, have at least one year of experience, and maintain CPR certification. Other requirements are determined by the client facility.

Additional Duties:
