Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services across diverse healthcare settings. You will assess referred patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, deliver skilled interventions, monitor progress, and educate patients and families on therapy methods.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and modify care plans to meet patient goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
• Graduated from an accredited program.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state licensure or in the application process.
• CPR certification.
