Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time, in-person school-based role supporting birth to 3 years in Oregon.

You will assess motor needs, design individualized therapy plans, contribute to IEP goals, and use adaptive equipment, while traveling across regional sites to deliver early intervention services. A collaborative team supports professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Job description

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, in-person school-based role supporting early intervention for children aged birth to 3 years in Oregon.
Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assessing and evaluating physical, gross motor, and mobility needs of students.
  • Designing and implementing individualized therapy programs.
  • Participating in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
  • Utilizing adaptive equipment and technology to assist students with disabilities.
Qualifications Required
  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Active license from the State Board of Examiners for Physical Therapists.
  • Experience supporting children aged birth to 3 years.
  • Comfort with traveling across multiple programs and sites within the region.
Additional Details
  • 40 hours per week, working days at regional sites including home visits and community centers.
  • W2 contract with full benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), licensure and CEU reimbursement, and clinical support.
