Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a school-based role serving Birth to 3 children in the Medford, Oregon area. The position is in-person, requiring travel to multiple school sites and community programs.

You will assess motor and mobility needs, design individualized therapy programs, contribute to IEP development, and use adaptive equipment to support disabled students. Fully benefits-eligible, W2 position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, licensed to practice.
  • Active state PT license is required.
  • Experience with Birth to 3 years or early intervention is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to multiple school sites and community programs.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based role supporting children aged Birth to 3 years in the Medford, Oregon area.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Participating in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies to meet student goals.
