volarehealth is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for Medford, Oregon, to join a dedicated in-house therapy team in a skilled nursing facility. Flexible 3, 6, 9, or 12 month assignments provide lifestyle and career fit.

Competitive pay in the range of $48–$65 per hour based on licensure and experience, with full-time, part-time, and PRN/On-Call options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon or eligible for Oregon licensure.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management interventions.
• Educate residents and families on safe use of equipment and exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote resident progress and independence.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations.
