Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Massachusetts seeks a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in a SNF, manage a caseload, and document progress. You will work daytime hours in a dedicated environment focused on patient recovery and quality care.
