Key Responsibilities:

Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff, ensure accurate billing and compliance with state regulations, collaborate with medical personnel to create and modify care plans, understand adaptive equipment, and utilize medical systems for documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have at least 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged), valid state-specific license, BLS certification, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending. A strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology is essential.

Additional Requirements:

May require additional certifications prior to start. Ability to work 9-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week.
