Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in a dynamic healthcare setting in Florence, South Carolina.

The role involves planning and adjusting treatment plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals, and educating patients and families on therapy methods. We require a PT degree (DPT or BPT), NPTE passage, current state licensure (or in process), and at least one year of relevant experience with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Passed the NPTE and holds or is in the process of obtaining current state licensure as a PT.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals.
