Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Mount Airy, NC. You will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain, working in a travel PT role with a dedicated clinical team and comprehensive benefits.

The position requires active Physical Therapy licensure, BLS certification, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. Start date 10/12/2026, 40 hours per week, days shift.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care.
