Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Mount Airy, NC. The role requires 40 hours per week, dayshift, and travel employment.

As part of our clinical team, you will evaluate patients, design rehab plans, and support mobility and independence in diverse care settings. You will work with physicians, nurses, and therapists to deliver evidence-based care, maintain compliant documentation, and promote high-quality patient outcomes while

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree preferred for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using evidence-based methods.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
