Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Charlotte, NC. You’ll evaluate, treat, and educate patients across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings, with a focus on mobility improvement and pain reduction.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and plan treatments.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes clearly.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain safety and infection control during sessions.
• Contribute to quality assurance and ongoing professional development.
• Assist with discharge planning for community or home settings.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
