Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or actively applying for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
