Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Norfolk, Virginia. The position offers a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, typically dayshift.

Qualified candidates are PTs with an accredited degree, current state license or actively pursuing licensure, CPR certification, and ability to develop and carry out a care plan while delivering skilled therapy per physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited PT program.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement care plans for PT patients.
• Deliver PT services as ordered by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
