Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Graham, WA. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in a variety of settings, with support from a dedicated clinical team.

Required license in WA and current BLS certification; Doctorate in PT preferred. Travel benefits and competitive pay are offered by Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Prefer: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes.
