Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lacey, WA. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance independence, collaborating with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
