Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Elma, WA. You will assess and treat patients, working in hospitals, clinics, or rehab settings with a focus on mobility and pain reduction.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain safe environment with infection control and safety standards.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development.
• Contribute to discharge planning for transitions to community or home settings.
• Perform other duties within scope.
