Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Everett, WA. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized rehab plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to deliver high-quality care in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting.
The role requires an active WA PT license, BLS, and strong clinical skills. Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred; new grads are welcome.
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy license in Washington (or eligibility)
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and mobility to identify functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized rehab plans and therapeutic interventions
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
- Maintain infection control and safety standards in the treatment environment
- Support discharge planning and community/home-based care transitions
