Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chipley, Florida. The role involves 40 hours per week with 14-hour day shifts, providing direct patient care and rehabilitation services to patients under physician orders.

The candidate must hold a DPT or BPT with NPTE, be licensed or in process for licensure, have graduated from an accredited school, and possess CPR certification with at least one year of experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor in Physical Therapy and NPTE passed.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develop a plan of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to achieve patient goals.
