Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a Pensacola assignment. This role requires direct patient care, rehabilitation assessments, and development of a treatment plan under physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Set realistic goals, document patient status, and educate patients and families in appropriate methods.
• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services aligned with physician orders.
• Assess, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of therapy.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Education

Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + NPTE
