Role:

Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered therapy services to improve mobility and functional outcomes in a skilled nursing environment. Support patient rehabilitation, adhere to facility protocols, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Flexibility may be required for float rotations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid Physical Therapist license, degree in Physical Therapy or related field, with minimal or no experience required. Ability to quickly adapt to facility procedures and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
