Role:

Travel Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered rehabilitative services to support recovery and mobility within a skilled nursing environment, following facility protocols. Ensure quality care and adhere to licensing and professional standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist, graduation from an accredited program, current state licensure or eligibility, and preferred experience in SNF settings. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
