• Performs accurate and timely documentation, including goal writing, functional assessments, and medical necessity letters, in compliance with all applicable guidelines and policies.
• Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval parameters.
• Participates in student educational programs, creating positive learning environments with appropriate supervision and evaluation.
• Actively pursues professional development through continuing education, self-study, and involvement in professional organizations.
• Adheres to all relevant State Practice Acts and maintains professional licensure in good standing, completing continuing education requirements as mandated.
