Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required.
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience is required.
• CPR certification and valid state licensure are required.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited school, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and valid state licensure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior travel experience is considered a plus.

Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develops treatment goals focused on discharge within an established length of stay. Documents medical records accurately, including goal writing, functional assessments, and necessary correspondence in compliance with regulatory standards. Ensures care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval as needed.
