Qualifications

• Valid Michigan PT license is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about conditions, prognosis, and treatment options.
• Submit treatment plans and maintain progress notes.
