Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid Michigan Physical Therapist (PT) license, current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 0 years of experience, and pertinent skills checklist completed within the last year relevant to outpatient physical therapy.
• Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient and acute care experience are highly preferred.
• Additional Information: The position includes responsibilities such as evaluating patient function, developing treatment protocols, submitting treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers. Submission requires completed supervisory reference forms within the last two years.
