Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. seeks a Physical Therapist - Outpatient for a 13-week travel assignment in Lincoln, MI. The role involves M-F days with 8-hour shifts and a 40-hour guarantee.

Start date around 10/19/2026, with an hourly pay of $42 and a non-taxed stipend of $1,246 weekly. Requires PT/outpatient experience and BLS certification. Responsibilities include evaluating function, creating and updating treatment plans, coordinating with physicians, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must have PT experience and outpatient experience.
• Acute care experience highly preferred.
• Must have and maintain current BLS certification during employment.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the patient’s function with formal/informal tests to assess status.
• Develops a goal-specific treatment regime based on assessment data.
• Submits and updates a treatment plan in coordination with the physician.
• Schedules treatment frequency and duration with patient/family and staff.
• Educates patient and family on pathology, prognosis and treatment rationale.
