Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Lincoln, Michigan. The PT will work in outpatient settings and must hold or be in the process of obtaining MI licensure. The contract runs 13 weeks at 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Outpatient experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (MI).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient function and mobility.
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervising clinicians as required.
