American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ year of outpatient experience for a day shift assignment in Arizona. This role focuses on orthopedic, neurological, and work-related populations in an outpatient clinic setting.

The position requires an AZ license before start, current BLS certification, and experience with charting systems. Travel opportunities are available for first-time travelers, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic setting
• Day shift: 5x8-hour shifts 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Treats patients across orthopedic, neurologic, work injury populations including post-op, spinal, and cognitive conditions
• Evaluates and treats patients per physician referral or direct access
• Supervises physical therapy assistants and PT technicians
• Performs work-related evaluations including Work Hardening, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and post-offer testing
• Conducts ergonomic evaluations and job analyses
• Maintains communication with referring physicians and rehab nurses regarding patient progress
• Open to first-time travelers
