American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ year of experience for a day-shift assignment requiring state licensure and BLS certification.

The position focuses on outpatient care within a community hospital setting, with a 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM schedule, no weekends, and travel-ready conditions. Travel pairs are accepted and HealthStream modules are required annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience, or clinical rotation experience in an acute care setting.
• BLS certification required.
• Epic charting system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• No weekend shifts.
• No on-call requirements.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Experience in acute care, LTAC, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Annual onsite training modules completed via HealthStream.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius.
• RTO limited to less than 5 days with a maximum of 1 holiday.
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 6 months before returning as a traveler.
• Travel pairs accepted.
