Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester seeks a Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist to deliver therapy services, assess patient needs, and develop treatment plans. You will provide hands-on therapy, educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a travel role across outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT or MPT, an active PA PT license, and outpatient experience; travel experience is preferred to support diverse patient

Qualifications

• Must have a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania PT license required.
• Outpatient clinical experience is required; travel experience preferred.

Qualifications And Skills

• Must hold a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, possess an active Pennsylvania PT license, and have outpatient clinical experience.
• Strong communication skills are recommended, and travel experience is preferred.
