Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to support our outpatient clinics in Oklahoma. This full-time role offers typical 13-week assignments, with hourly pay plus eligible tax-free travel stipends and full benefits.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, delivering outpatient PT, and collaborating with clinic teams to implement evidence-based plans of care. Licensure and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program degree (DPT or MSPT/MPT/BPT).
• Current state PT license or eligibility in Oklahoma.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• CPR certification, if applicable.
• Ability to travel to H2 Health assignments as needed.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, and sports-related conditions.
• Educate patients and families during rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic teams.
• Document care accurately and provide consistent patient-centered care.

Travelers choose from currently available assignments, with future opportunities to work across H2 Health regions and states.

Your Role:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, and sports-related conditions
• Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic teams
• Document care accurately and provide consistent, patient-centered care throughout each assignment

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as required for future assignments
• CPR certification, as applicable
• Ability and willingness to travel to available H2 Health assignments based on business needs
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
