Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join our therapy team for a 13-week assignment in Mesa, AZ. This role offers 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with dayshift options, and the opportunity to impact patients' mobility and quality of life while working within a supportive clinical network.

Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment planning, implementing evidence-based therapies, and collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to coordinate care.
