Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Tuba City, AZ. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour daytime shift, and the opportunity to impact patient mobility and recovery across hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.

You will evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with a clinical team, and follow evidence-based protocols, while enjoying travel-friendly benefits and comprehensive coverage from day one.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment need.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
