Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sierra Vista, AZ. You will provide patient-centered care, evaluate conditions, and implement plans in a fast-paced travel setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests and patient history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety precautions.
