Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Burlingame, CA. The role involves assessing patients, creating rehab plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in hospital or clinic settings.

The ideal candidate holds a valid PT license and BLS certification. New graduates are welcome to apply; benefits include medical/dental, PTO, and 401(k) matching. Start ASAP with 40 hours/week and 8-hour shifts.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on findings and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients/caregivers on home exercise and injury prevention.
• Maintain safe treatment environment following infection control standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Assist in discharge planning for smooth transitions to home care.
