Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Burlingame, California. The role involves providing skilled physical therapy services, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with the care team to meet rehabilitation goals.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, typically on an 8-hour shift. Start date is 10/12/2026, and licensure in the state of California (or in process) plus current CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Minimum one year's experience as a PT
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per patient capacity
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods
• Develop a plan of care and provide skilled therapy services per physician orders
