Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for Massachusetts.
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Able to travel within branch/office coverage area (50%).
• Must have dependable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Able to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently, lifting 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and evaluate functional needs and outcomes.
• Design and implement a plan of care based on assessments.
• Direct and supervise support staff to achieve patient goals.
• Document evaluations, treatment goals, and plans.
• Maintain compliance with standards of care and clinical policies.
