Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Carneys Point Township, NJ. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, dayshift. The role involves evaluating patients, creating rehab plans, and coordinating with the care team in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist compliant with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate in physical therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans
• Administer PT treatments and monitor progress
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes clearly in medical records
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and other therapists for coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and prevention strategies
